Fluxus meets all the conditions to be an onshore operator in Brazil, according to the rules established by the National Agency of Petroleum (ANP). Fluxus is ready to operate onshore and offshore O&G fields once the acquisitions are concluded.
In the midst of the energy transition, Fluxus will be a platform for integrating Oil & Gas infrastructure with power generation projects (natural gas and renewable resources), by capturing synergies between existing O&G fields and solar and wind greenfield power projects.

Entrepreneur with in-depth knowledge of the Latin American O&G markets. Founder of 3R Petroleum, one of the largest independent oil companies in Brazil, he served as CEO until Jan./2023. Savini led the assembly of 3R Petroleum's portfolio, a successful IPO on the Brazilian stock exchange, and two supplementary capitalization processes (follow-ons). Brazilian Geologist, Savini has also worked in Petrobras, Pérez Companc, Georadar, and Deloitte.

Jorge Lorenzón
Argentine Petroleum Engineer, Lorenzón is a technical reference in the Latin American O&G industry with passages by YPF, Pérez Companc, Petrobras, and 3R Petroleum. He led the entire technical structuring of 3R Petroleum, where he served as Director of Production Development until Jan./2023. Lorenzón oversaw all the technical processes of Geology & Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Well Construction, Surface Facilities, and Maintenance Engineering.

Vitor Abreu
Vitor is a renowned Brazilian Exploration Geologist, currently a technical reference in global Exploration. Vitor was part of the leadership of the Exploration team at the world's largest oil company, ExxonMobil, where he coordinated assessments and important exploratory discoveries, including new plays and fields in offshore northern South America, Black Sea, Tanzania and Gulf of Mexico. He was also the President of ACT-GEO, important global consulting company for the petroleum industry.
